Insecta: Coleoptera: Phengodidae
I'm not sure what the species is, but it's one of these:
Phengodes plumosa 
Phengodes laticollis 
Phengodes fuscipes

The larva is a glow worm, sometimes called a railroad worm which is actually the female form of the bug with the crazy antlers.
